Foreign License Conversion

Conversion flying is done to convert your foreign license to DGCA license.

The flying hours required will vary depending upon your recency.

ELIGIBILITY/BASIC REQUIREMENT

• Minimum age: 18

• Educational Qualification: passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with                  Physics and Mathematics

• Medical Fitness: Class 1 Medical Indian/Foreign

• Valid RTR(A)/RTR(C)/RTR(P)

• Valid FRTOL

• Personal Flying Logbook original duly completed

• EGCA log book entries approved

CONVERSION SKILL TESTS REQUIRED

1. General flying test by day

2. General flying test by night

3. A cross-country flight test by day 250nm

4. A cross-country flying test by nigh 120nm

5. Instrument Rating test
